Daily Duties at Road To Resposibility:

Provide operational duties assigned by program manager. I cook nutritious meals according to the house daily menu. I ensure that the individuals I serve take their daily showers, snacks, and I administer their morning, afternoon, and evening medications. Provide case management duties as needed- I make sure proper documentation is done daily regarding the individuals daily activities including any community event (s)attended by them. Attend other treatment meetings, including weekly staff meetings- To discuss any staff issues or anything pertinent concerning the individuals such a upcoming medical procedures, regular doctor appointment or follow up routine appointment. Responsible for overseeing shift documentation provided by staff to ensure professional and accurate reporting Implement all behavior plan interventions as assigned. I ensure that Staff are collecting data accurately and processing the data and document that data accurately on their monthly report to ensure they are meeting their yearly established objectives which they choose to work on during the ISP year. Assist individuals in scheduling and attending medical appointment and appropriately document Monitor and document medication administration Ensure that individuals are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with agency Human Rights Policy Perform all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures-Meaning if there's an emergency to follow the chain of command by calling the emergency pager to contact the appropriate personnel.
