Daily Duties at Klein/Kaufman Managemnt:
Run and supervise a 9 hour shift, five days each week as per the work schedule. Complete payroll material for the corporate office for all store employees on a weekly basis. Formulate and impliment a training program for all hourly staff. Learn and teach store management on new computer system. Maintain a tight inventory to prevent food spoilage. Adjust levels accordingly as promotions came and went. Supervised an hourly staff of 35 employees Make sure no minors violate any labor laws during any shift.
