Steered a wide array of different projects, with a focus on conducting sales, installation, and support of communications, computers, networks, and CCTV (closed circuit television) systems. Directed computer hardware, network system, and satellite system reviews, identified and addressed existing and potential issues, and create proactive repairs, upgrades, and installations for optimal results. Procured business-to-government sales and replied to RFPs (Request for Proposals), as well as preparing and delivering effective sales presentations.
