Daily Duties at Transitional Services:
• Managed caseload of 23 mentally ill and developmentally disabled individuals. • Escorted clients to and from scheduled outdoor activities. • Obtained legal documentation facilitating Medicaid compliance as well as mental and physical health. • Conducted pick-up and drop-off of clients commencing and concluding work day. • Prepared meals for clients ensuring proper standard sanitation procedures met. • Conducted sampling for quality control purposes.
