Daily Duties at United States Marine Corps:

Prior to retirement I was responsible for the Unmanned Aviation Vehicle Maintenance Division. Responsibilities included writing evaluations and recommendations, mentoring and supervising junior personnel. Conduct quality assurance audit analysis, manage various maintenance programs such the collateral duty quality assurance representive program. Develop rapport, submit written reports and be the subject matter expert for the UAS/UAV program to upper levels of management. Previously I was the Non Commissioned Officer in Charge of a Recruiting Sub Station responsible for everything that happens and fails to happen. Supervised four recruiters in their day to day recruiting activities to ensure the station accomplished our daily, weekly and monthly goals with quality. Conducted daily coaching and mentoring activities with each recruiter to enable them to perform better. Made on the spot adjustments to activites to ensure productivity.

What they like about United States Marine Corps:

You highly value a work environment built on a formal structure, rules, and regulations. You do not enjoy the unpredictability of shifting priorities and deadlines that upset your routine. You require and enjoy direction, input and accountability as part of your work environment. You have a strong need to participate in making key decisions and feel left out if your superiors or co-workers do not seek your input when making decisions. You thrive on providing good customer service to both internal or external customers, and doing so makes you feel good.
