Daily Duties at Nadap:

• Performed intensive case management of NYC Medicaid recipients, mentally and developmentally disabled clients, families, homeless veterans, at risk adolescents and probationers. Findings resulted in Medicaid reductions for in-treatment substance abusers. • Performed client assessments and intake. Provided counseling services. • Constructed and implemented Comprehensive Service Plans. • Addressed housing and mental health issues including legal barriers affecting treatment completion. • Referred clients to Workforce One employment unit for job search activities and job training. • Verified client compliance in treatment through field visits, We Care, and WEP assignment job activities. • Tracked employed clients and verified employment status. • Complied with HIPAA law concerning client privacy. • Conducted mock interviews in preparation for client employment. • Conducted weekly treatment and residential site visits ensuring proper sanitation procedures adhered to. • Specialized in addressing the unique female issues with regards to treatment and employment. • Counseled female clients involved in domestic violence situations and provided necessary resources
