As the Site Security Director for a 20 acre IBM research facility employing approximately 800 people, I supervised, commanded, and led a full staff of security specialists conducting 24/7 multidiscipline security operations. This involved security management for a corporate facility containing highly sensitive I.B.M. proprietary information consisting of advanced research and development of I.B.M. computer technology.
