Crew Leader Assistant (CLA), responsible for management of Census Takers daily production. Administered data collection and timely and accurate reporting of results. Ensure compliance with stringent guidelines and confidentiality. Performed analysis to ensure samples were accurate and complete. Maintained high production rates. Observed enumerators in the field, provided assistance, and recommended additional training for low performing enumerators. Reviewed daily payroll forms.
