Daily Duties at Jm Family Enterprise ( Southeast Toyota):

over 200 employees employed. create documents and power point for new hire oreintation. Perform training in Commerce, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida over 500 employees at Jacksonville location. Most classes where 50-60 people per class. has to stand up front and do presentation with power point that I created. after presentation broke off into groups and did hands on training. which I had to manage who needs more training time or who was ready to go into production. Create training documents for new accessories installation on Toyota vehicle and train employees how to install accessories. Create safety documents for company and create Power Point presentation. Perform training classes safety regulations and installations. Part of developement department to improve accessories, and find new technology products that customer need. Accepted phone calls from dealership personnel and employees that are out in the field when issues arise with a vehicle. Diagnose the problem over the phone and steer them in the right direction on what to repair on the vehicle. When I cannot repair vehicle over phone made trip to dealership and repaired vehicle on site. Supervise the Quality Assurance Department
