Evaluate mechanical claims submitted to warranty company to determine whether or not the claims meet eligibility standards of the company. handle about 100 claims a day. open claim then look at what parts and amount of labor time and money the repair facility is asking for and does the repairs match what the customer is requesting. then look at what the analysist has authorized and doeas that match the repair faciality request and is the time and money amount correct according to the guidelines. Then if everything is approved issue payment to repair facility. If denied send back to anaylist with notes, so they could get more information and correct the claim.
