I was executive secretary and personal assistant to the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Space Communications (OSC). I scheduled his time to ensure commitments were met and would result in most efficient use of his time; prepared all travel arrangements, orders and vouchers; prepared and managed division travel budget. I coorindated and controlled all administrative and clerical functions of the office.
