Daily Duties at Quadrus Corporation:
I tracked contract/subcontract values with modifications, amounts invoiced and amounts received. I issued invoices to contract/subcontract customers for work performed monthly, or as needed. I prepared data deliverable reports to the customer as required by the contractor. These usually included such items as monthly status reports, safety statistic reports, and cost and manpower reports. I prepared responses to proposals. I processed/accepted purchase orders/change orders through the Exostar system for commercial customers. I submitted invoices through the DoD Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) System. I left when my position was abolished in December 2009.
