Daily Duties at Byrd & Stephens Building Supply, Inc:
Worked with the warehouse staff and delivery drivers to ensure all customer orders were filled correctly and delivered accurately and on time. In this position I managed 5 warehouse employees and 4 delivery drivers. In addition to checking all customer orders to ensure they were filled correctly I had to schedule all deliveries by the company's delivery trucks. I was responsible for what driver took which order and obtaining accurate directions to the delivery site. I was responsible for the inventory in the warehouse which totaled $850,000-$1,000,000 at any particular time. I also scheduled all return pickups and processed them on their arrival back to the warehouse to ensure an accurate customer credit and inventory levels.
