Daily Duties at I Qor:
Responsible for all operational aspects of three client relationships, one of which is iQor’s 3rd largest customer. These responsibilities included the management of four Assistant Vice Presidents, Four Supervisors and the indirect management of over 70 associates. Participated on sales conference calls to explore opportunities within our current portfolio and those that can be new revenue streams. Although I was not held to a quota for sales, I did contribute toward each National Sales Rep achievement of their quota for 2011. This group of National Sales reps were the only ones within the company to achieve quota. My industry experience and operational know how assisted them on client visits/presentations. Some daily responsibilities include operational strategy & execution, work flow process, client performance management, remote location management, dashboards & metrics reporting, P&L management . attending client meetings/agency conferences, attending sales calls, trade shows & conventions, and cross-selling into clients’ other markets. Serve as liaison into the RMS organization
