Daily Duties at Drexel Brook Catering:

Managing time and responsibilities in a team environment as well as meeting the chef’s quota for food production. Preparation of ingredients for chef in a timely, efficient, and quality manner. Develop a rapport with clients and guests for events to establish company image and experience. Impromptu tasks not usually assigned to me where I had to educate and problem solve myself. Dealing with customers over deliveries to establish company integrity as well as show a personal touch.
