Review blueprint sets of the client Costco’s warehouse, gas station, depots and packaging facilities to identify assets eligible for depreciation over shorter recovery periods and prepared the load analysis based on the qualified electrical assets. Determine Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Costs qualifying for short recovery periods and apply tax authorities. Allocate project fees and indirect costs based on relative dollar amount of the asset to the total project cost. Compiled documentation for assets depreciated over recovery periods shorter than 39 years, assigned appropriate cost recovery periods in accordance with IRS guidelines, prepared Asset description and final report
