Daily Duties at Pacific Life Insurance Company:
Build long term Relationships with Producers Answering inbound calls and assist producers and policy holders Handled customer service issues and complaints and followed them thru to resolution. Negotiated with upper management to to get exceptions to resolve consumer complaints Worked with multiple departments and fellow employees to resolve issues. Educated and trained producers on how our products worked Managed the renewal of large group life insurance accounts Trained new employees in Customer Service Developed training information to increase productivity Chairman of the Employee Sounding Board
