Daily Duties at Ocean West Funding / Windsor Capital:

To Sell people on using me to let me either Do their Purchase Loan or their Refinance. Prepared loan documents collect needed documents. Calculated Ratio's and ran client information through loan software to get approval and requirements needed to fund the loan. Submitted requirements, negotiated with the Funder to get the real estate loans funded. Developed business opportunities and and grew new sales through attending Realtor functions, board meetings, open houses and by sponsoring realtor preview days.
