Co-founded company; drafted all legal paperwork to set up LLC; worked with lawyers and accountants to establish corporation. Provided all critical financial capital and working capital for entrepreneurs, including capital for purchases of heavy machinery and various other capital expenditures and PP&E assets. Managed entire process of transaction, from sourcing clients in need of capital, to drafting and negotiation term sheets and legal documents; raised funds from network of lenders and banks.
