Provided all critical financial capital and working capital for entrepreneurs, including capital for purchases of heavy machinery and various other capital expenditures and PP&E assets. Managed entire process of transaction, from sourcing clients in need of capital, to drafting and negotiation term sheets and legal documents; raised funds from network of lenders and banks.
