Daily Duties at Alcon Laboratories:

Targeted for acquisition by Novartis in early 2008, the company had a limited external communications program and very little internal or executive communications strategy. I was recruited specifically to manage merger communications, including developed a strategy and integrated plan to reposition the strategic rationale of the merger, drive a change management strategy to help leadership reconnect with employees and bring the company’s Global Strategic Priorities to life.
