Daily Duties at The Tranzonic Companies:
Promoted to Logistics Director / GM Knoxville Operations because of my effectiveness in this position as well as my pronounced desire to expand my operations background. Charged with managing staff responsible for the forecasting, planning, purchasing and control of $100 million of finished goods and raw material inventories. Responsibilities included budgeting, hire/fire, employee development and succession planning, ensuring material availability, controlling inventory, identifying strategic opportunities, executing tactical directives, managing subordinates, maintaining AS/400 system with respect to supply chain functionality, team participation and problem solving.
