Daily Duties at The Tranzonic Companies:
Promoted to Vice President Facility Operations due to success in managing turnaround in largest plant. Charged with directing manufacturing and distribution at master warehouse and distribution at three satellite warehouses and managing relationship and performance of Third Party Logistics (3PL) operation including contract negotiations. Typical responsibilities of this level including budgeting, P&L, hire/fire, employee development and succession planning, achieving monthly shipping goals, controlling inventory, identifying strategic opportunities, executing tactical directives, managing subordinates, maintaining ERP & WMS systems and configurations, and problem solving.
