Executive committee member reporting to CEO. Charged with managing all manufacturing and distribution activities with a staff of 275 associates, sales of $170MM and 600,000 ft2 of space. Typical responsibilities of this level including budgeting, P&L, hire/fire, employee development and succession planning, achieving monthly shipping goals, controlling inventory, identifying strategic opportunities, executing tactical directives, managing subordinates, maintaining ERP & WMS systems and configurations, and problem solving.
