Daily Duties at The Mount Sinai Hospital:

-In charge of collecting and tabulating quarterly patient satisfaction data for The Mount Sinai Medical Center as well as The Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens. -Data collection, analysis and graph production of Patient Satisfaction TV Survey. -Data collection, entry and analysis of the Mount Sinai Medical Center’s Faculty Practice Associates quarterly satisfaction survey-including creation of specific unit tabulations and trend reporting. - Management of survey projects including, Emergency Department Survey-for The Mount Sinai Hospital and The Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens; Pediatric Inpatient Survey - Support for various survey projects for which the department is consulted by faculty or students - Providing analytical support (non-survey related) on research projects for faculty or students including creation and presentation of reports as needed
