Daily Duties at Igt, Inc:

As part of the Product Management group I was assigned a product in which the company had no confidance. (Executives believed that maximum sales for EZPay would be 5 or less. (Windows-based) EX Ticket was the Unix based platform that company supported with marketing, people, engineers and funding. Turned the EZ Pay product into an enterprize type system that went from 40 devices and failure to 10,000 devices and success. My process was as follows; built the first 3 systems, placed them in 3 different environments and tested, developed, and stabilized the system to an industrial level. Recruited another like minded engineer with a willingness to use extreme effort to achieve the best and at the time the only ticketing system capable of supporting 10000 machines. Meet with senior VPs at casinos to assist the sales people and deliver presentations. Assisted trainers in training sessions. Sales of EZPay have skyrocketed to over 200 when I departed that Product Management position.
