Promoted, upon acquisition of High Technology Solutions, Inc., to manage and direct operations at facilities in Warner Robins, Georgia, Letterkenny Army Depot, and Arlington, Virginia. Charged with cost estimating, workload planning and scheduling, staffing, marketing, program quality, and contract deliverables. Managed 68 contractors responsible for acquisition, logistics, and engineering support for air superiority missiles, Reliability Asset Monitoring system, and aircraft gun and bomb rack-release systems. Analyzed and prioritized all contract components, charts, graphs, schedules, tables, diagrams, and blueprints. Implemented process improvements to streamline processes and increase productivity; managed vendor relationships; allocated resources; and mentored teams. Established procedures and timetables for budget format, structure, content and submission, and for disposition and control of funds through all phases of program/financial execution. Provided revenue/profit projections to corporate management each year on all Fixed Price and Time & Material (T&M) contracts.
