During consulting, worldwide, to companies in countries such as Romania, Ukraine and Uzbekistan; trained PLC trouble shooting skills setting up new electronic manufacturing, flip chip, surface mount technology and plastic injection processes, while simultaneously directing companies to attain the lean manufacturing, 6 sigma principles in their final assembly process by adding automation such as the use of line loaders and un-loaders, 6 axis robots, 3 stage conveyors for flexibility along with detailed process documentation and bar coding. With these consultations created defect free processes, while cutting long term cost.
