Daily Duties at Axcess Talent Inc.:
My main responsibilities are VP-Human Resources, Creating hiring plans quarterly, posting position and hiring HR Hiring Managers & HR recruiters, I travel across the nation to meet our VP's, new employees, existing employees and personally train vast majority of HR staff, manager the payroll for the company through ADP Payroll processing, conference calls, creating strategies on retention, new employee benefits, delegate to my team projects and work closely with them through out each phase etc.
