 Created new hire curriculum for Human Capital Consultants  Worked closely with TriNet’s Human Capital Services Group to provide the tools needed to help the Human Capital team provide a high touch HR strategy to TriNet’s client base  Developed HIPPA Training program  Conducted Situation Leadership Training for all people managers  Provided support, creation and execution of HR systems and processes which will ensure the business goals of the company are met or exceeded  Spearheaded the development and implementation of new policies  Created and planned the Investigation of Harassment, Position Statements and the ADA Interactive Process
