Daily Duties at Alliance Data:
Provide Compliance Support for 20 retail private label credit card programs, including marketing review, new product review, develop and maintain bank collateral and support the onboarding of new clients. In addition, provided compliance review of escalated complaint responses, provided support and research for litigation and perform transactional testing of procedures and systems. Also provided Compliance support for all AML/BSA/OFAC related processes. Completed a business impact analysis of enacted legislation and monitored legislation for items impacting the bank.
