At one time or another all department reported to me other than purchasing. Throughout tenure Finance and Accounting reported to me. This included processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank relationships, budgeting, forecasting, annual public audit, cost savings, financial statement preparation for executives and board members, quarterly board presentations, asset protection, etc. Responsible for company wide quality program. Managed a staff of ten direct reports with one hundred-twenty indirect reports.
