Daily Duties at Am General:

Followed a Kanban system in moving parts to assembly teams. Supervised a team of 10 employees. Used a GMS system to determine daily workload and allocated staffing. Performed Material Requirements (MR) analysis, investigated losses and recorded errors, reviewed past histories to identify misuse, specification problems, and unaccounted scrap.
