Responsible for a staff of six people Responsible for all finance and accounting functions and processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Flow, Bank relationships, Annual public audit, Budget Process, protection of company assets, cost saving projects and culture, board meeting presentaions quarterly, Financial Statement preparation and distribution to executive team and board members, etc.
