Analyzed market trends and developed effective strategies to ensure and maintain company’s competitive position in the industry. Worked closely with publishers, wholesale vendors, and clothing/gift providers to achieve the appropriate product mix for each local market and designed in-store merchandise presentations. Negotiated contracts and worked in conjunction with campus administration to support campus events. Conducted bookstore advisory meetings with students and faculty to assess current textbook/product needs. Provided product sales training and staff motivation to ensure corporate goals were achieved. Planned Ensured complete customer satisfaction with product quality, pricing, and service.
