Daily Duties at Pjm Interconnection, Llc:
Supported a 24x7 environment that grew from 150 to more than 400 Windows servers and from less than 500 to over 800 Windows client systems. Provided technical review and security oversight of Windows based projects and the architecture of windows infrastructure systems. Developed system security and lockdown procedures to harden Windows 2000 and 2003 systems. Act as a senior resource to assist with resolving critical/high impact issues. Author internal documentation, such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents, and procedures and trains technical staff to follow proper operating procedures. Strong oral and written communications skills (technical and non-technical), both verbal and written to effectively manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, business users and management.
