Served as the Project Lead and provided assistance to staff to in scheduling and staffing efficiency. Accumulated and analyzed contact center performance data for adherence, scorecards, trend analysis, results vs. standards, individual vs. site performance and schedule improvement opportunities. Effectively communicated performance results to all levels of management and recommended improvements.
