Daily Duties at Atmel Corporation:

Responsible for overall maintenance of major test systems (i.e. integrated circuit tester, wafer testers) utilized by Atmel Corporation. Performed periodic calibration and maintenance on wafer and package test systems and automated test handlers. conducted assessments of calibration processes and made recommendations to streamline maintenance procedures to decrease downtime. Upon assessing poor yields, tester initialization problems, communication problems, performance verification failures or installation issues, effectively isolated and troubleshot to the circuit board and module level to resolve issues. Interfaced with various in-house engineering teams to correct hardware, software and design problems. Cross-trained and trained on in-coming and in-house testing and calibration equipment. Worked 40 Hr/Wk.
