Worked in a graduate research consortium team conducting research, syntheses, processing and analyses on phenolic materials for Military applications Polymeric/Resin Synthesis and Thermal, Chemical and Mechanical Analysis experience Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy techniques Assisted and instructed undergraduate and graduate students in the operation of laboratory instrumentation used for analyses of composite materials Hands-on training in polymer processing methods, such as compression, vacuum assisted resin infusion (VARIM) and resin transfer molding (RTM) • Performed routine QA procedures
