Daily Duties at Conestoga Rovers & Associates:
Worked closely with Human Resources Managers, customer service to employees in regards to all of their medical benefits. Applications Manager I worked closely with the programmer and corporate payroll departments in the up keep and management of the PeopleSoft database. My duties included: Review, verify and process enrollment of new employees. Input and maintain employee benefit records. Monitor deduction amounts for employees. Assist with recruiting activities such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, I-9 forms, E-verify, submitting background checks, and communicating with applicants. Preparation of annual government reports (EE0-1 and 5500). Reviews and reconciles monthly payments of bills to insurance carriers. Administrative handling of all Flex Spending accounts and COBRA Administration, coordination, planning and administrative assistance during annual open enrollment period, coordinate planning of employee activities and wellness events handled through the HR department.
