I served as the organizer and the chairman of research antibody prioritization meeting that coordinated company wide research activities, identified gaps and found alternatives to meet timelines until RAV12 entered clinical trial. Then I led the team discovered that RAV12 inhibited cancer cell growth by a mechanism of causing IGF-I receptor desensitization. I chaired the second development product candidate evaluation meetings to advance a portfolio of antibodies through pre-clinical development and prepared data packages for business presentations.
