• Overall coordination and in charge all aspects of all projects from bidding to completion including; estimating, project buyout, budget monitoring, job accounting, pay applications, scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and risk management. • Manage, coordinate, and direct project staff with project schedules, labor allocation, field conditions, quality controls, budgets / cost impacts, and subcontractor issues. • Troubleshoot project issues and concerns and implement solutions that arise with project. • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers and owners regarding any issues.
