Contract Officer Representative (COR) of twelve Government Contracts overseeing the completion of Taji Warehouse Construction Facilities Project worth $50 million, which included fourteen storage warehouses, an ice production facility and a fuel storage site. Primary logistical advisor to a Coalition Team of Officers, Senior Enlisted Soldiers and Iraqi Interpreters—taught/trained 500 Iraqi Soldiers on how to perform Supply Management Functions. Inventoried 100% of US goods shipped to Taji National Supply Depot and accounted for $1.5 billion dollars in Army Acquisition Procurement hand receipted to Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD). Revised the logistics-training module enabling the Iraqi leadership at Taji National Supply Depot (TNSD) to conduct their first train-the-trainer course, resulting in a 30% inventory improvement. Developed and implemented guidelines and procedures for a diverse safety program, training program, and physical security program for Iraqi Army’s only General Distribution Center. Assessed the complex operational support requirements of TNSD and made effective and innovative decisions. Recognized by GO for processing over 200 convoys, receiving 2.5 million line items and shipping over 2.7 million items in support of the Coalition campaign to build the Iraq security force in a 9 month time period. Managed and oversaw a staff of 26 U.S. Logistic Advisors and 500 Iraqi Soldiers in maintaining $1.5 Billion Dollars in United States approved equipment and supplies given to the Iraqi Government.
