Daily Duties at S.J Amoroso:

Planned and implemented construction means/methods, worker scheduling and productivity, and site logistics. Monitoring cost control and job cost, quantity reporting, and forecasting. On-site coordination of human resources, materials and equipment Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule. Provided Leadership, Supervision, Mentoring, Coaching and Training of Project teams and personnel. Organized and coordinated all subcontractor contractual activities. Led Project close-out, final inspections, deficiencies, and contract warranties. Provided detailed scheduling of daily construction activities and coordination between Teams, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Office Administrative staff.
