North and North East Texas area. Manage professionals i.e. physicians, mid-levels, psychologists and administrative staff, budgets, strategic planning, policy development, quality assurance, program development, education to staff and community, HR, recruiting, presentations, contracting, contract monitoring, trouble shooting,marketing and sales management, strategic marketing plans.
