Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Support Program Manager. Brief Customer and Government on intense weekly Earned Value Management and Program Progress. Lead on all LRU upgrades and spare delivery for Spin Out 1 to the LSI. Managed all day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope. Managed Subcontracts agents and enhanced sub-contracts ability to bring in new suppliers to support the FCS program. Coordinated supplier’s efforts in supporting SO1 upgrades (REMEC, General Dynamics and Xetron (Northrop Grumman). Prepared for reviews and quality assurance procedures. Ensured project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately (Control/Configuration Management).
