Daily Duties at Bae Systems:
Project Manager for Joint Light Tactical Vehicle – Test and Development (JLTV-TD) with a contract value of $5.8M. The C4I project team consisted of 30 FTEs across 3 states, and multiple small businesses. • Oversaw and provided direction and guidance to the project team. Identified, rationalized, monitored and controlled the interdependencies between functions, dealing with escalated issues among the functions that comprised the project, as well as tracking the contribution of each function and the non-project work to the consolidated project benefits. • Planned the project, ensuring maximum efficiency in resource allocation across project. Monitored its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action where necessary. Managed the projects budget. Monitored the projects critical path. Ensured project deliverables were on time, quality, and within budget. Managed the project’s risks. Constantly monitor for gaps in the project and rectify where possible. Managed project communication. Lead Proposal and Program Manager for the pursuit of all Ground Platform Pursuits to include the Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP 1-3) for the Future Combat Systems, Infantry Brigade Combat Team program ($10.5M). Project Manager for the success of C4I on Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All Terrain Vehicle (M-ATV) in access of $2M during the test and development phase.
