Organized and administered camp - Facility Maintenance Program; liaised with Customer, Quality Assurance Representative and Contracting Officer Representatives to effectively coordinate program requirements as they relate to the Program Managers and the Operation & Maintenance crew requirements; trained Customer Service representatives and trades personnel in the facilitation of special requirements for facility maintenance and advised customers of changes in reporting requirements; prepared briefing documents required for primary customers, and Sr. Management
