Daily Duties at The Continental Group, Inc.:

Directed employee relations functions for 5,500 employees and managed 2-8 direct reports including Regional HR Managers, HR Manager/EEO Officer of allied service maintenance co. and HR Trainees. Conducted all company investigations and prepared Position Statements in response to EEOC charges, researched all FLSA claims, monitored all regulatory compliance, and implementation of best practices. Delivered reports to executive team and Legal Counsel, and contributed to Annual Planning Sessions on business objectives, strategies and measurement methods.
