Daily Duties at Cisco Systems:
Managed a team of 17 project managers who oversaw Cisco’s Quote-to-Cash systems & processes for B2B and B2C customer transactions. Partnered with executives to create a strategic plan for an IT budget. Established & ran a Project Management Office (PMO) which administered “Go/No Go” project reviews, ISO compliance, IT project prioritization and PMP employee certification program. Delivered project status presentations to senior management. Handled all employee management duties including recruitment, employee development, compensation, training, performance evaluation & termination.
