• Develop annual internal audit plan and strategy for the Group Internal Audit Function, composed of the Head Office in Qatar and foreign operations in France and UAE. • Manage a team in end-to-end risk-based internal audit projects of diversified functions, processes, activities and operations of the Bank. • Supervise the internal audit activities of the foreign operations in France and UAE. • Develop technical audit programs for the audit team and kick-off meeting presentations on every audit projects. • Review the adequacy, completeness and quality of work-papers documentation of my team members (using TeamMate Audit Tool). • Discuss the audit findings with the Heads of the departments and Senior Management. • Prepare high quality audit reports for the Audit Committee and Board. • Manage the follow up audits and prepare periodic presentation pack for the Chief Audi Executive who presented to Audit Committee of the Board. • Liaise with external auditors of the Head of Office and foreign operations in France and UAE on the statutory financial statements audit and provided valuable inputs on the internal control weaknesses raised by the external auditors.
